Do Not Lose Your Visitors To Adsense Advertisers
ByI am always amazed by continuous push from old-school Adsense marketers to monetize your blog with Adsense. C’mon guys, it’s not 2005 anymore. Even more amazing is a fact that they have thousands of followers religiously stacking Adsense ads all over their sites and blogs.
Fellow bloggers and site owners, don’t you have a better plan for a limited space on your virtual real estate? Are you really satisfied with cents paid to you when visitors click and leave your site?
You worked hard to bring traffic to your site, why do you funnel it into someone else, no doubt, better optimized sale channel? Please take an effort to learn how to monetize your blog, and here are few ideas to keep you going.
Put autoresponder sign-up form instead of big 300×250 Adsense block, keep your visitors to yourself and start building a list. I am sure you can come up with 5-7 short articles or tips to email to subscribers in your niche.
Explore Clickbank and Paydot.com, and sign up as affiliate. Both sites have plenty of products to choose in variety of niches. Search with your main keyword, e.g. “gardening” and you’ll find several products to promote.
CPA networks give you even more product choices practically in any niche, as a matter of fact you’ll be like a kid in candy store with 100s if not 1000s of products to choose from. Take a look at Commission Junction and ShareASale and stay tuned for my extended post about CPA networks coming soon.
